So I'm still here....

I'm trying a new way of tracking my food intake for the next couple of weeks....just to see if the extra effort is worth while! I'm using a free tracking system at www.fitday.com. The really helpful part is that this "program" allows you to see your carb, fat and protein intake and keeps track over time. Pretty cool tool. The slight downside....it takes a bit of time.
So I'm still doing pretty good with keeping my calories in check and still doing basically lousy with exercise....what's new

But I do plan on posting once a week for weigh in day.....coming up soon
